Dimage Scan Elite 5400 Driver Mac
The driver is completely tested and verified by Minolta, and safe to use. I installed VueScan software which works but for some reason does not allow me to choose the "media source" as "color/B &W negative" . All rights reserved. - If that is the case I think there may be a 3rd party driver that I don't know about.
- This scanner came with a low-quality USB cable, and is also sensitive to USB timing on faster computers.

I stopped doing printing at home since discovering a very reasonably priced printer based in Yorkshire. Minolta Dimage Scan Elite 5400 Review It is working but now it seems that my USB2 expansion (Belkin) device does not power up so it says "Confirm connection" swapping for a direct USB connection does work. Several functions may not work. Which means it is unlikely they will update the software/drivers for this product.

I get the "Unknown error" and removing the MFSLibInit 0KB file from ~/Library/Preferences/DiMAGE Scan does not help it just crashes the Scanner setup window. I don´t even bother to install the drivers that come with scanners any more...
I use the Minolta Scan software only when I have a dirty slide or negative and it needs ICE for a clean up! OK, understood.
